Professor Fernando Barrio, Ph.D was recently awarded the prize of 'Law Teacher of The Year 2008', by the UK Centre for Legal Education (part of the Higher Education Academy
Fernando is a professor at Webster's London campus teaching in both Regent's American College and Webster Graduate School, and is a specialist in International Law.
