  • On successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
    Demonstrate an understanding of the nature and importance of commercial/international trade law.
  • Appreciate the importance of legal and ethical behaviour to successfully conduct businesses Understand the contractual liabilities created between parties to international trade agreements Recognise and explain issues in international dispute resolution.
  • Critically analyse the effects of trade contracts on the outcome of liabilities.
  • Appreciate the impact of international conventions and EC Law on international trade.
