Regent's College

Choosing Courses

Academic advisors will play a major role in your academic career. When you join Regent's American College London, an academic advisor will be assigned to guide and assist you in making the best decisions and course selection as you work towards your degree. Any changes you make to your schedule should be communicated and approved by the Home Institution before being finalised here.

Regent's American College London strives on the fact that we have an amazing city on our doorstep and we take advantage of this by teaching outside the classroom to further enrich the educational value of the courses on offer.

Courses such as, “Civilisation of London”, explore the remains of the old Roman wall of London and visit the Roman gallery at the Museum of London.  When learning about the Norman era students visit the Tower of London as well as the mediaeval Guildhall.

Professor Anna Sullivan says, “Students studying the arts are offered the chance to see and study performance in the city regarded internationally as the capital of World Theatre.”  Courses include visits to the theatre, opera, ballet and many times visits backstage after the performance.  Recent highlights include seeing Judi Dench, Kevin Spacey, Ralph Fiennes, and Nicole Kidman in leading West End roles.
